It is salon policy that we are unable to offer any chemical services including but not limited to all hair colouring services, perms, brow and lash treatments which include glue or tint and extensions to any individuals under the age of 16 years. We may ask for proof of identification on booking.

Permanent Makeup
Permanent make-up is a form of cosmetic tattooing which adds colour to give a natural looking definition to the brow, lips or lash line. It is a semi permanent technique lasting a couple of years however for long term wear we recommend an annual colour boost.
Please note our preference and used technique is the machine method and not microblading.

Permanent makeup is also known as semi-permanent makeup or micropigmentation (they are the same thing!) It is where specially formulated pigments are placed into the upper layers of the dermis using a needle lasting up to a few years.
What is permanent makeup?
Most people are suitable for permanent makeup. It is essential that you come in for a free no-obligation consultation to discuss requirements and check suitability for the treatment. Some medical health conditions and medication can restrict or prevent the procedure.
Am I suitable for permanent makeup?
Permanent makeup can last several years but this is dependent on many factors such as skin type, sun exposure, medical health and lifestyle. A colour boost is recommended every 12-18 months to maintain a fresh result!

How it works: The skin has an incredible ability to absorb light, and through Max+ LED light therapy, we use this to our advantage. This painless medical-grade treatment delivers UV-free light rays directly to the skin – stimulating cell regeneration, collagen and elastin, reducing inflammation, increasing circulation of healing, and destroying acne bacteria.

We offer our services in salon, out of salon here in Lowestoft and across most of Norfolk & Suffolk (bookings will be considered on an individual basis). Patch Testing Policy:
To prioritise your safety, we kindly request a patch test at least 48 hours before any hair colour services or beauty treatments. This quick test ensures a pleasant experience by identifying any potential allergic reactions to the products used during your appointment.
Cancellation, No Shows, and Booking fees Policy:
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
• No Shows: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, a fee will be applied, either deducting the deposit or charging a percentage of the booked service, reflecting the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
• Booking Fee: Some appointments may require a booking fee to secure your booking. This is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment or for no-shows.
Client Satisfaction:
Your satisfaction is our top priority at the salon. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your service, please let us know during the service or within 24 hours. This allows us to address your concerns promptly and ensure you leave feeling fully satisfied with your experience. We are committed to providing high-quality services and will do our best to make any necessary adjustments.

At our salon, we have a no-children policy to ensure a relaxing environment for all our clients.
